  • Minal Harji
    Managing Director

    Minal has expertise in development, finance, law and marketing. After building a multi-million-pound portfolio of buy-to-let properties in the London Docklands area and around the UK, he founded ARH Acquisitions in 2009 to hold and stock commercial freehold property. Today the company has £19 million worth of property across London and the surrounding areas. 

    After realising that others could benefit from his expertise, Minal extended ARH Acquisitions’ remit to offer a bespoke service to clients who have their own vision about what constitutes the perfect property. His job is to help realise that vision for the company’s clients, drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience.

    Passion, hard work and a focus on the development of people are key aspects of Minal’s business style. This approach has led to the creation of a successful team and the continued profitable growth of the company. 

    Minal has particular experience of working with clients on joint venture, complex projects, ensuring risks are identified and costs are correctly evaluated.   

    As Managing Director, Minal is responsible for the commercial aspects of the business, ranging from build contracts to development agreements. He takes a rigorous approach to the identification and management of risk, helping to minimise the hazards associated with property investment. 

    During his career, Minal has bought and sold substantial plots of land, obtained and fought planning applications, built retail and industrial units, and sold over 800 new homes. His up-to-the-minute development business knowledge and problem-solving abilities save clients a great deal of time, hassle and money. 

    Thanks to his experience in the property industry, Minal has assembled an enviable team of contacts across the UK. This ensures that, in every aspect of their project, ARH Acquisitions’ clients get the most well-informed and cost-effective advice available. 

    For over a decade Minal has been involved in an array of property acquisition and investment sectors, but with a particular interest in the commercial market. This continues to be his main area of focus.

  • Kishor Harji
    Financial Director

    Kishor has strong financial management skills, commercial acumen and he thinks strategically with excellent communication and presentational skills and is the forefront of the organisation.

    He has responsibility for the development of ARH Acquisitions corporate financial and investment strategies and for contributing to our overall strategies and for ensuring that ARH Acquisitions complies with their statutory and regulatory obligations.  He monitors the company’s financial affairs and provides advice and support to all within our team.  He is closely involved with ARH Acquisitions property development opportunities.

    With over 36 years’ experience of work which includes Project Chemist/Section Manager’s role to owning his own business for 18 years. He has vast knowledge within the industry and has built up a sizable property portfolio for many years. His most proudest achievement will always be becoming a grandfather.

  • Daniel Armstrong
    Project Manager

    Daniel has been with us since 2015 when started his apprenticeship qualification leading to a permanent role as a project manager. During his progression with ARH Daniel now manages all aspects of a project from the beginning right through to completion. It his responsibility to liaise with contractors and clients to ensure the project runs smoothly throughout. Daniel helps to ensure the cost of a project is in line with the budget, and works closely with Minal to identify different development possibilities. He is often on site meeting with building control to ensure the project is being built to the correct regulations.

    An important aspect of Daniels role at ARH is dealing with overseas clients and sourcing suitable investments. Working within the Property Investment Division, Daniel monitors the UK property market closely enabling him to identify the best investments. Daniel also has useful contacts with many of the major developers across the UK, providing overseas investors first access to many developments.

    Thanks to his hardworking and ambitious approach, Daniel is able to form strong and trustworthy relationships with clients. Clients can relax knowing that Daniel will work with them to identify investments with long term value.

  • Olivia Gregory
    Office Administrator

    Olivia is our administrator here at ARH Acquisitions. She started off in August 2017 and is currently working towards her Business and Administration Level 2 apprenticeship. Olivia provides a quality level of administrative support to a number of senior staff here at ARH. Her responsibilities include, invoicing, calendar management and tenant correspondence.

    Olivia’s excellent communication and organisation skills enables her to provide secretarial support in an efficient manner. Her apprenticeship training has helped to develop her skills and management within a busy office environment.

  • Nichola Gibbons
    Assistant & Office Manager

    Nichola is our Office Manager here at ARH Acquisitions Ltd. She deals with communication and correspondence in relation to the company’s extensive property portfolio,she is a competent and enthusiastic administrator with strong experience in providing high levels of administrative support to senior level staff in a busy office environment.

    Nichola is well organised and plans the ARH schedule accordingly and in an efficient manner to get the job done to a high standard whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.

    Nichola joined our team here at ARH Acquisitions Ltd in January 2014, after finishing a 2 year legal secretarial course at college. She started as an apprentice here at ARH studying for an NVQ in Business and Administration which she achieved, this has helped her greatly with her role here at ARH.

  • Anisa Adam
    Executive PA & Project Manager

    As Executive PA & Project Manager, Anisa supports and looks after all aspects of ARH Acquisitions’ development and investment projects.   Her responsibilities include monitoring project costs, Health & Safety on and off site, and assisting in the management of both contractors and clients.

    Anisa also manages the Director’s diary, travel and finances and oversees general day-to-day administrative works.  She is passionate and highly driven when it comes to every aspect of her work, so thanks to her efforts working alongside Minal, you can be confident your project will run on time and on budget.

    Since joining ARH Acquisitions in 2013, Anisa has been involved in projects of every scale and type – from small refurbishments to large-scale redevelopments, and everything in between.

    Her role also includes the co-ordination of a range of external professionals, including architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and consultants.  She introduced, and now monitors, the new ‘ARH Go Geeen’ initiative, working to keep the company’s carbon footprint as small as possible. This enables us to operate in an eco-friendly manner, and meet client and stakeholder expectations for action on climate change.

    With a perspective gained from working outside the business, Anisa is clear that ARH Acquisitions delivers a unique and compelling service to all of its clients.  She is proud to have a role in ensuring that the company lives up to expectations on every single project it works on.

    Responsible for planning and overseeing the construction of all our schemes, Raj’s excellent design and specification skills enable us to deliver the very best value for our clients.

    Leading the pre-construction process, his meticulous attention to detail ensures that the construction team hits the ground running when a project starts on site. His expertise also lies in his ability to structure a team of professionals to handle a whole range of property developments. 

    Ensuring our clients get best value without compromising on design quality is key to Raj’s approach. His ability to respond and adapt to our clients needs means that up to 80 per cent of our projects come from repeat clients and recommendations.

Scaffolding Team

Providing quality scaffolding services to both the commercial and industrial sectors, Look Scaffolding prides itself on its outstanding level of expertise. From the smallest to the largest project, the company designs highly complex structures and erects them safely, using a well-trained and professional workforce.

    Scaffolding Manager Michael Joslyn is a trained specialist with over 15 years’ of experience, providing scaffolding from domestic extensions and renovations all the way through to new builds.     Gabriel is our onsite project manager, he has been with us many years and has overseen all our projects from start through to completion.

    Gabriel is a key figure of our Service Team. He is primarily responsible for the overall successfulness of delivering a project, reaching set targets both safely and correctly. To perform effectively within tight time-scales, keep within strict budgets and create a positive client environment such that clients become/remain in a good relationship throughout the contract. Manage a set of service deliveries, which must be achieved on time to ensure all activities in the schedule are completed.

    He is on site daily with our team of builders making sure the entire running of our projects are going as they should.
